Personally for me Being a Newyorker I get a little insulted at the fact that our new super tower isnt going to even break the 2000 ft. mark Its saddens me and i even get a hint of jealously when i hear about cities like Dubai and Shanghai beating out New York City in world class shock factor With a stick Now as for the building itself it dosnt look too bad but it is a big contrast from the rather rectangular Chicago Skyline

Welcome to the community umetyo we are all glad to have here but like Scifan i cannot see your picture . can you possibly fix it so that we may see?

(I respect opinions and I am apologizing in advance if it seems i am snubbing anyones I do not mean to.) I have seen this happen way too many times before in other threads.... Please everyone no more comments on whether communism is good or bad or someplace in between, This thread isnt the place to air those thoughts and this just looks like another flame war bound to happen if talk like this continues I for one definitely do not want this CJ to be ruined over bitter quibbling on politics...... And as to Sepsis please do post a new update soon especially on the outlying areas of Your Capital City and more Military installations you may have cooked up. Your doing an excellent job on your CJ And I hope to see more .

Now as we all know there is a great number of super towers ( and just plain cool looking lesser skyscrapers)being raised all over the world. At the forefront of this march are of course the Burj Dubai in Dubai, U.A.E the Union Square Phase 7 project in Hong Kong, China, the Shanghai Financial World Center in um well Shanghai and the Freedom Tower in NYC, U.S.A . Anywhoo, staying true to the art of replicating city building in our dear community a number of skilled batters have taken it upon themselves to attempt to erect these spectacles of ingenuity in virtual form so that they may grace the skylines of our beloved cities. With that in mind i have created this thread to be a place where we may be a resource to batters who are looking for projects such as the ones described above the ideas, pictures, and design suggestions those of you post here do not necessarily have to be about mega towers but they must be about Skyscrapers or at least tall buildings the projects you propose do not have to be well known buildings, I want to encourage diversity in the projects so local skyscrapers that maybe ppl from only your area will know are welcome Happy posting and hopefully this thread won't sink

No no don't worry about it hes right to a degree its just we all have to play a hand in keeping order. DT is just a bit more blunt then others and for that he has many peoples respect including my own . But lets not dwell on that. I understand there is a resource thread for all general bat request but I was hoping to tailor this one specifically towards skyscrapers and skyscrapers alone. Didn't mean to agitate anyone so if this needs to be removed then by all means do so, and I will try to be more careful with my posting. . But if a Moderator says its ok then I hope we can get the ball rolling on this one.

I am aware of the density in of manhattan Tracer but some areas are still a little skimpish in comparison to the the actual city thas all i was sayin And to GP I am sorry for not specifying which areas I was talking about I'll make sure to next time. One other thing i am havin a slight problem with finding the Williamsburg clock tower picture so its gonna take a bit longer than i expected .

Not bad not bad at all but i hope those density holes in manhattan are just because this is CJ is in its early stages. Keep up the excellent work though.
