there is an eddie bauer in pioneer place, its on the basement floor of the original wing.

i think its pretty cool that u guys got the area around Pioneer Courthouse Square going. cant wait to plop them all into my cities -- one of these days when i get some time (ie away from schoolwork) i'll try and replicate portland and these bldgs will help a lot! kinda wish i knew how to BAT, wouldnt mind helping out, but i probably wouldnt be too great at it. i'll shoot any pictures i have of any bldgs to u guys in the future tho. also, speaking of the connection, did u guys know that PDC is renovating Park Avenue (that runs parallel to broadway), i got to take a look at the plan and theyre making it into a 'european style' street. it'll be great. if i can find anything online i'll post it here and maybe if u all wanna add on to your BATs u can.

yeah sparky, i guess my username is no good anymore lol. anyways, i was kind of expecting this to happen, it would've really been a pleasant suprise to land the expos, but DC is a bigger market, and MLB wanted them there... so in all reality it was always theirs to lose. Pretty cool to have baseball back in our nations capital and i wish they do well. In the long run, i'm holding out hope that this may actually be a blessing in disguise for Portland, and we can land a better team... afterall the stadium financing is still in place and is essentially an offer to whoever wants to move here. And now that the bigger market DC got theirs, we're next as far as market size and all goes. would love to see the Rose Diamond get built.

ah ok... i guess the signs on the 5th avenue side, i usually drive down 4th avenue as i work in the portland building so am heading northbound =P

kd, from what i can tell it does look accurate. i'll mesg you with a picture i took that shows one side of the mall.

if you do equinox's idea would u still be making a full size landmark w/mall? or is this an either/or situation? personally, i would like to see a full version model w/mall if possible (i just got back from taipei earlier this month and the mall is a big part of the building).

awesome =) the new WFC looks great JT i actually work in the Portland Building at PDOT and have a direct view of this building out my office window, i have to say your model looks exactly like the real thing... altho i'm not sure whether or not the words Wells Fargo Center are there in reality at the building entrance... i'll check in a few hours when i take my lunch break =P its only two blocks away anywyas hehe. anyhow looking forward to seeing htese pdx bats! keep up the good work

Anyone want to try and make the Ryugyong Hotel in its current/un-built state? I know its an ugly building, but hey... sometimes Sims need 105 story fiascos too =P and u wont even havae to worry about night-time lighting because there probably isnt any hehe... im in the process of making a pretty industrialized (dirty industry) city so this thing would fit right in Thanks !
