Help! I can't get this thing to work. What i do is download it under my documents/simcity4/plugins. An then unzip it when i downloaded it. Then i play the game, and i see no ordinance. What did i do wrong?

144,all i need is that one region in the game. With 144 large areas i won''t need maxisland and all of the others. I would download it but i don''t know if my computer can handle that muck land!

Good idea, I like it.the city is quite good considering that it is on a hillside. And to go under half of your city is awsome
