i sent him a PM asking about the CJ, he came to check on the site again, and noticed my PM he said he will give it a try and start up SC4 and get working on Mandursuro soon.

what should i submit to BSC, and why?

i could use at least 1 of every team, but i need those people to add the finishing touches to the skyscraper, the 2 people allow half the night lighting to be done per person, double the testing time, double the quality or half the time for the ledge/observation deck, and two lot making people to increase the quality of the lot.
