  1. Dead Dependency Guide

DEAD DEPENDENCY GUIDE What to do about dependency files on the STEX that are dead links or locked for administrative purposes. This thread explains where they are now and how to find them. It's supposed to be a help to help yourself. It also gives information on updated files that are important. Note: This thread is first and foremost for information, not for discussion. However, suggestions and feedback to make this information more informative and helpful are always welcome. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Why are dependency files missing/locked on the STEX? A: Some creators of STEX content have started to update their old work. By doing that, they are also updating the dependencies and re-packing them into Dependency MEGA Packs. Since most of these creators are BSC team members, their updated creations and dependencies can now be found on the BSC Lot Exchange (LEX) over at sc4devotion.com. Q: Where can I find the MEGA packs now? A: Most of the MEGA packs can be found on the LEX, although not exclusively. For more information, check out the LEX Dependency List to find out where the most common dependency packs are now. Or see the Resources section below for more information. Q: How can I find a certain dependency? A: It is recommended to check for an updated version of your favorite STEX download on the LEX or STEX first. Especially the BSC is re-uploading their work to the LEX exclusively. You will find the latest version there, together with the link to the correct dependency packs used. If you are still completely lost, you can ask here. Chances are good that somebody can help. But be patient and make sure to search first. If you do that, people are more willing to help. 11. Book III - part 2 cont.

Wow... strong images. I really like it, and I hope more people will like it. Considering it's not exactly mainstream, because it requires reading... I try to come back every now and then too but since I don't post that often anymore, I can't promise anything. Nevertheless this is one of the best CJs I've ever seen. Not lying.
  12. Book III - part 2

I'm speechless! This is really impressive storytelling... it makes you reflect a lot, and it's really sad and dark. And real. Poetic! And the photoshopping that goes with it is amazing too. Indeed this is really different to your previous CJ! It's still epic as usual!

I know I'm kinda late, but nonetheless congrats to both of you!
  14. Mosque to be built by Ground Zero, NYC (Poll)

I don't get how the faith of a group of people can be insulting to anyone. Of course it was islamic extremists that were responsible for the attacks. But extremists exist in every religion, they don't speak for every member of that community... they're not even the majority. They're just the loudest ones. What is insulting though is the fact that there actually were a good amount of muslims among the victims of 9/11, yet members of that faith are treated like the worst perpetrators. They were victims too and they have the same right to build a community center near ground zero like any other religion. I remember right after the attacks, it didn't matter where you came from, what you did for a living... what faith you had. If you were in NYC at that time or lost loved ones in the attacks you just belonged there you were part of it. "We will never forget", apparently some people already have forgotten.

  22. Israeli attack on international aid ships

I agree with chicah: Self defense doesn't justify everything, in this case attacking an innocent convoy in international waters (and as long as no wrong-doing by those activists is confirmed by independent sources, I strongly believe their intentions were innocent). Israel made a big mistake here! If they don't admit it and even try to excuse themselves, then they lost their last spark of credibility. It's not the first time that Israel is spurning international laws like that. They have attacked U.N. observer posts "by accident" before and don't grant basic rights to their prisoners. That clearly shows how much they disrespect the international community. Accidents and mistakes happen, but if this isn't investigated properly and swept under the rug instead, it's not coincidence anymore.
  23. That is some skyline. Nice architecture and developments... please excuse my creativity in this comment :P I'm kinda tired... k-kinda tired.
  24. Tierra de la Oscuridad 2

PICTURES! I love all the wall-to-wall buildings and the architectural mix. This is pure art! Oh and the flag, it looks Denmark-ish, but I figured it was supposed to be a cross. Anyways, glad you posted a "full" update Twiggy. Now I'm kinda under pressure to make one myself... lol. Btw... I have already made my study plan, no excuse to not follow it now haha. - Phil
  25. Tierra de la Oscuridad 2

Bonjour Twiggy! You're alive! Good to see you Thanks for the warning haha, maybe I'll still download it once I pick up SC4 again. But I'm sooo busy with my studies all the time... I think I'll have to make a study plan soon to cope with that load XD. I like the teasers! Can't wait for more - Philly
