    im sorry to say this but when ever i start a new city after installing your mod, the default terrain is as high as it can go how can i fix this and how do i uninstall your mod

    how come now that i downloaded this mod, when i start a new city, the terrain is so high and when i make it normal it wants to reconcile so it is elevated above my other cities?
