Creating a University I understand the basic operation of the PIM, like how to drag models to create exemplars and also how to create lots from them. However, I had a question regarding colleges vs. universities. In the PIM the city college and university share a group (education/college) but have different stats (colleges mostly educate older sims, while universities educate a broader range of ages; also there are different workplace capacities satisfied by each IIRC). I'm trying to create a custom college building, but it's a bit too "grand" to simply be a city college. Is there any way to get University-like stats on a simple college ploppable? In addition, is it possible to create a lot/exemplar with more than one category? For instance, a large building that functions as both a college and a library?

I can't get any OneWayRoad bridges to work. In the NAM documentation, it says that OneWayRoad bridges were added, but when I try and drag it across a river I get an error that says "Cannot build network on this terrain type". All other road networks work perfectly including street bridges. Am I supposed to be using a puzzle piece?
