    it has to be somewhere in middle east or south east asia (indo-pak peninsula) because that part of the world has the population and is growing very rapidly in economy too, i say dubai, bombay (mumbai), New Delhi, Bangalore (the IT capital), Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad...some of you might disagree but thats just my opinion......

    Well i was playing simcity yesterday and i was watching my highway, the actual usage was 19563. what can i do lower it, there are too many people using it. its always like it. any suggestions? is there a mod that could fix it?
