Hey all, just chiming in here... does anyone know what happened to Oppie's Pentagon project? That would be a nice addition to the military family and it seems like he put substantial work into it. love the military lots. keep it up!

SWAP, SimWings Airport Pack: Support/General Disussion Thread
generalee7 replied to xiziz's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
Hey all, my computer is crashing so I hope this isn't a double post. Has there been any work on diagonal runways (if they are even possible)? -
Hi all, I have been lurking around the site for a while so thought I'd drop my info. I am a 27 year old former management consultant and now student at the Kellogg School of Management, just north of Chicago. As such, I have no time to play anymore, but still like to see what has been going on with the lots and BATs. Someday I hope to start playing again when I get my summer internship lined up...

Vitruvious, if I may ask, where did you get the large plaza with the buildings in each of the 4 corners?

This request is directed at the BTE Farm team. Currently, more and more small agricultural communities are building ethanol plants to convert corn to fuel. I thought it would be a great idea to BAT an ethanol as a BTE reward for having a number of corn farms in your city. Below is a link to one plant: http://www.lincolnlandagrienergy.com/plant_photos.htm I hope this finds its way to the right team

To any Bat-developer (but especially to Rising Sun Oil individuals): I think it would be a great addition to have oil wells, like the ones seen in Texas and OK. I'm not sure if they could be workable with the big arm going up adn down, but it would be cool either way. Then the oil industry would be complete in simcity.

Digby looks great! I love the use of the maps.

rewright et al, I am sorry to report that it looks as though one can not create a greyscale map if you created the map in SC4, according to the following link. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=51042&forumID=42&catID=13&search=1&searchstring= you could try to send it to my gmail account, but i'm not sure if it will accept a file that big: johnglee@gmail.com. thanks for the effor though -
Simgoober, I am a huge fan of your stuff! I am having a problem finding your Farms PropPak which contains farm buildings for use in many farm lots on the exchange. For example, right now I have a region with William's Rose Farm and others, but the buildings show up as large boxes. I have searched the exchange and other sites, but can not find the file. Could you help me locate it? Thanks! Again, big fan!

Altough I have never actually posted a map to the exchange, I found this thread that may be useful: https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=42069&forumID=42&catID=13&search=1&searchstring= I hope this helps. -

Wow, I agree that it is one of the most beautiful regions I have ever seen! I would love to work with the region. Is there any way we could convince you to post the map?
