I just hope they will fix the issue in SC4 where it was nearly impossible to recreate cities (Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, etc.) due to the city borders making it difficult to build bridges or highway systems.

Where can I find these files because I need them for SimGoober's Best Buy, Target, Circuit City, Bed Bath & Beyond and Pizza Hut. I tried to find to find them here in the STEX but they are locked or the links are broken. Can someone help me? Please I want to download SimGoober's stuff.
