  1. Light rail modding help

Congragulations on everyone's hard work! I just started replaying the game & I'm glad that my first request - before & immediately after - is coming closer to reality. Though I had been wanting a streetcar - this is close enough
  2. Acadia National Park

I like it, nice mix of hills, plains & water - thanks
  3. Rural Variety Pack

    Thanks!
  4. Med BB

    If it's a B&B w/ antique market, then shouldn't this be commercial?
  5. Eaton Condos

This is more of a general comment - but shouldn't all these 'res', 'com', or 'ind' lots be placed in landmarks? I was assuming most of these would be zoned lots - not plop's.
  6. Space Museum

    Misspelled tragically :-P
  7. Billboards highway

How about if these brought in money - small amount of course like $10 a month. But they had NIMBY properties.
  8. Cell Phone Tower

Here's a suggestion for the cell phone tower. This could be a business deal that pays something like $50 a month but has a negative effect on the area.
  9. Megaton Car Factory

I like it - quite impressive.
  10. Office Tower

How about a different name than... "Office Tower"? Just a thought.
  11. Lot Request Thread

How about a small private college. Ideally this would be available before the university is offered but perhaps at a later population criteria in addition to high income. This college would be half the size of the university, have only 1000 students but would generate an extremely educated Sims (who have the money). Does this sound good to anyone?
