      i just had my first couple crashes as well, once i crashed to desktop when trying to connect an el to another region, the second it froze up upon loading a city

      nevermind, i figured out the issue with the fence.  both the bullet train and the el fence toggles work properly.

    this is the best mod for sim city, period!   only issue i am seeing so far is the elevated rail re-texture associated with the bullet train forces you to use the fence/shadow prop regardless of if you select them or not.
  4. i pre-ordered the second i found out the game was coming out. after playing the beta, im pretty disappointed in what the game has to offer. theres not much i can do about my pre-order now since the game comes out in a couple days, but i doubt i play it much. the new nam mod just came out and sc4 is perfectly fine for me. maybe we will get lucky for a proper sim city next year or something :-(
