    I like it. I dont think that there should be a road around it though. Besides that the lot is great. It looks very realistic. I always need more industrial lots that dont have a factory on them. Great Job. Its a 10

    I have included the link to Teriusu's desert terrain mod in a txt file along with my mod. I got the link to the desert terrain mod from the forums. Also I did not turn the cacti into flora myself. Gizmo did that for me. I just made the cacti.

    Finally realistic desert regions are possible!!! This mod consists of 3 different types of saguaro cacti. Large cactus, Small cactus, Cactus with 3 arms at different height. These cacti can be placed as flora in mayor mode. The plop cost is 5 sim dollars. In order to install this mod put the .dat file into your My Documents/SimCity4/Plugins folder. I would like to thank Gizmo28 for all the hard work in making the cacti into flora. I would also like to thank DarkMatter for helping me and giving me advice on how to best make the Saguaros. I am hoping to see some desert CJ's made with these cacti. Enjoy!!! Here is a link to the latest desert terrain mod by Thalassicus.It's based on the mod by Teirusu, but gives you even more terrain styles to choose from. No desert region is complete without it. It's truly the best. Link to mod

    Amazing!!! This is a great mod. I think that some of the trains in Chicago go from ground to elevated rail. This is a great addition to our sc4 gameplay and adds a new transportation options. Excellent Job. Its a 10+

Have you tried different branch and stem configutions such as 2 or 4 stems? quote> Yes I did make different variations. I dont know if you can see it in the photos too well, but I made a small saguaro, a large saguaro, and a saguaro with 3 arms at different heights.

    Ok here it is. After a lot of work and help from many people here at Simtropolis, my desert flora project is finally complete. I have made 3 different kinds of Saguaros and made them into flora for mayor mode. Below are some photos of a Ghost Town I made. These kinds of cities are now possible with this mod. These photos are much smaller then their original size, but you can still see the saguaros.

    This is an awesome lot. I love how our campfire looks at night. The lot is very realistic. This is perfect for someone trying to make a region with many forests and nature areas. Excellent Job. Its a 10+

    Amazing!! I love this building. This buidling would be perfect for Times Square. It could also be used as a TV studio. The architecture is very creative. The nitelites are great. This would be perfect as a new TV studio. You can make a heli pad there too. Excellent Job. Its a 10+ Dudy

    Very Cool. It really does look like a campfire. I think this is very good for your first BAT. Make it a tiny bit smaller. Its bigger then the Sims. This will be really useful with those tents at the Stex. Great Job. I give it a 10

    Cool Mr.Pittsburgh you made a region already. The first thing I wanted to do when I got sc4 was to recreate our wonderful city. I still want to give it a try, once I'm done making the Usx tower. I have already started on the Usx tower. I have collected tons of information about the building and taken many photos of it. It was very easy to collect all that information since I work right next to the USX I am trying to make the building as accurate as possible. I even counted the number of windows on it. I might try to make Mellon Bank, and PPG after I'm done with the USX.
