This thread is so important I think it needs to be pinned at the top of Bat Open Discussions. Took me a while to find this thread. These simtropolis tools are so useful they should be included with the BAT in my opinion.

I despise when someone talks in that manner. Its the way that teenage conformist girls produce sounds, because in no way could that be called speaking. Here are my main reasons for hating when someone talks like this. 1. It sounds extremely annoying 2. Its impossible to understand what you just said 3. Since nearly everyone under 25 seems to be speaking like this, they are basically trying to make "stupid" as the new cool. And stupidity has never been considered cool in my personal opinion. 4. Speaking like that destroys the english language, which is among the most beautiful in the world when spoken properly. Now I'm not one of those people who cares if you said "well" or "good" but I prefer using a much more intricate vocabulary than the common masses. Seriously now, read some freaking books you conformist harlots and use english properly!!!

Yea Holiday banner just doesnt sound right. And besides Christmas is on the 25th, no other major holiday is on that date. So when referring to the 25th of December please say Christmas. And yes very cool banner Dirk, it really fits in with the site layout.

Let me tell you what the problem of Simtropolis is. Its not the website. The website is excellent and is the best it has ever been. Sure there are some bugs in the forum layout, but these will eventually be fixed. Getting to the point. The problem is the exploiting of bats and other projects for your own personal glory. In other words ego trips. The whole thing with BSC, was the most childish bunch of garbage I have ever seen. You people claim to be adults. But its bound to happen. Every music group, every sports team, and etc have in the end broken up and went their own way. Its a very few people who can actually work together in spite of their differences. Bat making used to be about having fun and making the game more interesting. The possibilities are still endless. This game will never die because the amount of stuff you can make for it is endless. So the only way to bring Simtropolis back to the old days is for people to work together on projects and actually help each other. Yes many of us have moved on to deal with real life, and I myself have to take a break from nearly all video games and Simtropolis in order to do well in college ( I am still planning to bat Pittsburgh no matter what, and those of you who think I have quit, just don't know me ) But there are many new members with a lot of talent who have created amazing new buildings and who do actually work together. Lets learn from them.
