    I think that I see kingneb point here. Most of the mods seems to be there to help majors, which means that they do make the game easier. But I want a challenge, a real challenge, and Sim City 4 at hard level is already easy. The perfect mod for me is something that gives you more possibilities without making your life directly easier or more difficult.
