I can't wait for Dec. 2012, im gonna make so much money off of this (my secret. shhh) Then when nothing happens all you people who've maxed out your credit cars and burned your houses down won't get a dime from me, because im gonna be the ones building my mansions over your burned down houses and buying your repossesed HDTVs and BMWs and parading down the ruins of the future shanty towns laughing my arse off as I watch the poverty around me

  9. Can't Find it? Ask Here!

Looking for sunken highway walls. Its dark concrete, with grass in the middle. NOT the rural highway walls, not the white concrete walls that come with the ovehead gantry. They were released not too long ago but I forgot who made them, and where they're located.
  10. Amazing suburbs, build up your downtown a little more..I wouldnt live there just yet, but soon once theres more to do i would
  11. SF 680 Folsom Revisited

I cant see myself doing it, I wouldnt be able to deal without seeing the stars at night. The parties, lifestyles, tourist, and everything else about that place. I just dont see myself being able to deal with it all. Ill stick with DC And I know I said Portland is the nicest American city, and it is, but i'd much rather live in the cosmopolitan city of Washington.

The reason why PDX is not as big as most cities (sprawl-wise) is because Portland is pretty dense and the inner-city isnt "ghetto" as some would say. But there are still subdivisions WAY out there destroying trees and farmland. Plus, wherever you find a giant hill, youll find nice houses, no matter how far away it is from the city. Transportation is horrible in those areas. I loathe suburbs.
  16. ITC TDP The Guardian Building

I love brownstone :) Perfect for those Appalachia cities
  17. Nicest American Cities

Umm when was that picture of Atlanta taken? Sure seems old. And the RenCen in Detroit is an architectural FAIL. Its ugly and out of place. I'd say Portland,OR is one of the nicest cities in America. Its clean, well kept, amazing public transport. Its also one of the greenest cities in America.
  18. Belgium Highway Sign Pack

Im getting a brown box where the trees are supposed to be, are there dependencies?
  19. Cities of China

Im just wondering if everything is about 90% cheaper in the Chinese Wal Mart seeing as how 90% of items sold there are made there...Also the KFC pic..Interesting..This is making me want to go to China.
  20. Queens Memorial Plaza

    Looks good.
  21. How well do you know highways?

    Panama, idk
  22. BLaM Sea Level Mod

Let me try and clear up all this confusion. This changes the default sea level which you CANNOT do in the game. This mod is meant to lower it/make it higher, or have no sea level at all (which means no Maxis water at all) Mrbisonm- You are talking about the elevation height, that only changes land elevation, water stays the same.

Bush would have to do that relatively soon if at all. And McCains is not going to win obviously. But bush really has nothing to loose, he is basically the most unliked man in the country at the moment. 2)Bad idea. I think its a good thing that there is less oil being allowed out. We have all these hybrid/electric cars and its getting people to go green, drive less and take public transport. 3)Tbh, i kind of wish this actually WOULD happen. I dont know why, i guess I just have sort of a liking of natural/manmade disasters and famines. Its not like im gonna be hoping for it though. Isnt the US economy getting better at the moment though?
  24. Diplomatic row between US & Venezuela heats up

This entire situation is really just so stupid..i hate the world we live in. i really do. I dont get why we cant leave each other alone. not just US/Venezuela, but all countries.
