  1. Chase Bay Part I

I'm not on the creative side, so not so swell for story telling so here are just some updates. Chase Bay population: 30,000 Ohh, I almost forgot, we got a Costco!!! Yay!!!! Now sims can buy a year supply of toilet paper, frozen shrimp and hummus in one place!
  2. Great work. How did you get that mint green color on the ground?
  3. Hammer Data Security

  4. Introduction + Chase Bay Town view

Welcome to Chase bay!!! I have just started in this new region which I am calling Reese and plan on expanding it quite a bit. If you can give me any ideas or tips that may come in handy please do. . Well, My first town is called Chase Bay. Chase Bay Intro. Welcome to Chase Bay, this prosperous little farm town now holds a population of 10K residents which might be less than that of our cattle population but sims here in Chase Bay seem to enjoy the pure country breeze. Yes Chase Bay being a small town has many advantages such as: no traffic, no crime, no poverty, good school (Private and Public) but if we do eventually get sick we might have to share the vet clinic with Mr. Wiltshire's racing horses.
  5. NYBT One State Street Plaza

Wow! exelent! NYBT is doing a great job lately.... The only thing I might better is by putting in the our lady rosario chruch in the lot... besides that it is perfect!(the roof is always tricky but u did an exelent job).
  6. nybt NYBT Chinatown Shops

It is wonderful! 5/5 but I agree a wee bit with Kryptowhite the textures could look better , especialy in the photo's darker shades...
  7. The lower west side.

Oh! I want to ask something: Can anyone give me a tip on growing identical row homes... What I do is; I keep demolishing them until the right one grows and when that happens I make it historical... The problem is that it takes forever and ever sometimes. I love the identical row homes neighborhood style but it so dificult and stressful to grow them like that......

  10. Hey! First of all congratualations on all your hard work and maps... I wasn't sure if could ask for technical support(this furom is full of " DOs" and " DON'Ts") . Anyway I'm going to ask anyway. Here it is: I just recently downloaded the 2006 NYC region and most of my BATs and some of maxis building's ground textures doesn't apper on the region but work fine in Maxi's regions... thanks in advance...
  11. MP Americana Hotel

Your BAts are awesome. It's a shame they don't develop often in my cities because of the low wealth. Anyway nice job.
