GREEKMAN: What's the issue with liberals? I need to know, I mean, I don't hate conservatives. Why dose there seem to be a problem with people who stand up for change, and like Odainsaker was wondering, was that LBJ remark in any way connected to Civil Rights? There seems to be a lot of anti liberal sentiment around and no conservative I ask seems to know why, in fact I seem to get the same answer, Liberal Media Bias, but to tell the truth, I haven't the sweetest clue what that means, but it keeps popping up every election. I also noticed a mix up of who would do what in the issue of overstepping presidential boundries. Most of America don't want torture at Gitmo, but Bush doesn't seem to be stepping down, in fact he doesn't seem to mind what the public thinks. And the country is already crumbling, a weak economy, rising unemployment, falling education and health standards and growing poverty rates, many economists and watchdog groups have noticed the growing problems that have escalated through the Bush Regieme.

I think that this wouldn't have happened had it been Obama/Clinton, McCain would not have picked a woman. McCain is desperate, and I think this is just another nail in the coffin. Yes she's a woman, but Palin is just more of the same in a different wrapper. She's pretty green and hasn't had much time in state politics and no time in national politics. Her international political experiences are with russia and canada, canada is usually helpfull and agreeable, and the russia she knows is far different from Moscow. I don't think McCain can win against Obama, the crowd fave is pretty much been decided

Dimension hopping is impossible and once you've altered the timeline there is no way to ever get back into the correct stream that you started in. You will only ever come close to your own reality but you will never re-enter that paralell. It's gone for good, the fixed timeline will only be 98% accurate at most, due to the strain you place on the time-space continum and the events you've changed. I think that time travel is impossible, no matter how interesting it is in fiction, it will remain just that. The whole idea is too complex to become a reality. The more people abuse the natural flow of time the more the universe deteriorates and the more history is corrupted. Imagine someone builds a time machine and decides to kill Hitler, it sounds like a good idea at first, save millions of people, prevent the biggest war in the history of man, but think of what else won't happen. We wouldn't have the UN to prevent another global conflict, there would be no Israel, Jews would still face persecution in much of the world. It took a horrible atrocity for us tor realize how racist we could be and to change that for the better. Man should not muck about with time for any reason, even a positive action can have negative side effects.

We never really saw much streamline moderne in north america, there is one building I can think of but not much else. It is one of the great overlooked styles of the early 20th century and I'm glad to see you doing this jason.
