  4. the solution is this copy the rar that download the great program that make wolf unrar the download and copy the foldee whatever are your lenguaje and copy in the path E:\JUEGOS\TPTB-SCDE.WUP10\SimCity\SimCityData\Locale\HERE because much players copy the file in E:\JUEGOS\TPTB-SCDE.WUP10\SimCity\SimCity\Locale and that no is the path trust me is work and if you dont want edit register put into the folder of the original lenguaje the Data.package sorryyyyyyyyy for my terrible english i hope to help us
