Top left of the window frame you'll see the view you're using (either User, Perspective, Top, etc.). Right click on that and you'll get a drop down bar and smooth/highlights should be the first thing on the menu. I hope this helps.

I've been looking through this thread, but there's way too many posts so forgive me if this has already been asked or noted. I have been trying to use this program for several months and each time I try to boot it up I get this message: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." I have uninstalled and re-installed it numerous times and I have cleaned all my plugins out of unnecessary stuff, but I still keep getting that message. Can anyone help me with this one? Thanks in advance.

Hi all. By now some people have already seen me make a few appearances in the chat room. I've been browsing around Simtropolis for a couple of months now, just seeing how everyone is approaching Simcity 4 in particular. So far this site has been very helpful. Well, a little about myself, I'm a 19 year old (soon to be 20 in a few months) college student that resides in San Diego (hence my screen name, which those who have seen Anchorman should be familiar with). I hope to contribute to some of the topics and STEX in the future. I've got a few good ideas I'd like to share, but won't happen until I get a hang of all these customizing applications and programs.
