It's been awhile, so...it's far from perfection. Here is my version of the Mellon Bank tower, Pittsburgh PA (greatest city on earth). Landmark: cost you 150 a month to keep. 6x8 lot, around 57 stories topping off at 219.52 meters / 720 feet. 5 files in zip. You will need all. The base is added after the tower. $110,000 to plop. Smile, and the world smiles back at you!!

Updated version of the hillbillies Pizza Hut. No need to delete old. This was rerendered (but I'd trash the old). Growable Pizza Hut with 69 jobs. It might be plopable, too. I dragged and dropped the model file into the CS$ during PM proess. Zone for CS$ low density. Should grow in stage 1 needs Lot is 2x3 size needs eElectric and water to keep from dying. I am not A Lot Editor Technician Feel free to do what ever to improve. Included is model file to redo in Plugin Manager. The lettering is now 3d on the roof, and it should grow in any of the building families. I did not alter any of the OccupantGroup. I guess in order to meet Simtropolis agreement: Credit must be given to Pizza Hut aka Yum! Inc for sign design and logo. And I give permission to do what ever with model to anybody.
