This is sad. In some way, I don't want this to happen. Most countries, such as mine, depend on the US economic growth for their country to post growth (even if there is decoupling and all that). In another way, this is very exciting. I don't know what's gonna happen next and it makes me want to jump. In some way, watching the news has become as exciting watching a movie.

As for reading hex values, I just figured this out in a thread somewhere here that you can use the built-in calculator in your computer and change the mode from Dec to Hex. And yes, even after explaining that, I still feel like a newbie cause I haven't made a finish product for myself.

Can I ask last two questions? I realized that the building in the university is the distinct admin tower while the other buildings are just props. Is there a way to turn props to buildings or at least have the characteristics of a building? Also, Rewards need that certain requirements before they get unlocked right (like you reach a certain mayor rating, or you reach a certain number of jobs, etc.)? I try to find that property in the PIM or the Ilive Reader but either it's not there or it's there and I'm really lost. Can you show me where it is and if it's not there, are there any other programs that I need to be aware about to be able to accomplish what I'm doing? Thank you

All are good at certain aspects. When you want to get lots and bats, go to the STEX. When you want to get CAM lots, Mega packs and dependecies, go to the LEX. If you don't have lights at night, go to the official exchange. Well, not really the exchange (I could say the same for the Lot Editor and the BAT). Add them all together and you have one great game that will last for years to come (even if CXL is already there).

I have a question. I was gonna break the Maxis University apart to individual colleges carrying a specific or appropriate amount of students. So I break them apart with the lot editor but I get stuck since Plug-in Manager don't do descriptor files for edited lots (and it's the Maxis University). Is there another way I could do this? How do I edit the descriptor files without the model/ Is it possible (You know, start from the Lot Editor then go to the Plug-in Manager)?

Old airport taxiway looks chubby though (It would've been sexy lol). But the airport looks reasonably happy (with decent traffic). Good thing your making a new airport which so far looks good. Since your open to suggestions, I hope you don't make it too big. Other people make airports the size of a 4x4 city tile. What makes a city distinct is not the airport but the city and the airport being larger than the city shows that you are showcasing the airport and not the city. Make the airport simple (makes it look sexy ). Anyway, I really like the terminal . It's somewhat inspired by one of suplado's airports in Jargeah.

This computer I have was connected to a router by cable. The internet worked fine. Then one day, my computer kept resetting for no reason until it gave in. I had it brought to the computer shop and we changed most of the parts except for the hard disk. Now, I totally do not have internet on that computer and I haven't had a connection for almost a year. My bro says that because we replaced the motherboard that the network could not recognize my computer. Anyway, it seems that there's something more. I can't get a connection through my laptop suggesting something wrong has happened. It seems that when you leave the network, you can never go in again. I'm going to ask technical support for this but for now, do you guys have any suggestions on how to get the internet back on said computer. Before you say anything, I'm not savvy on dealing with these things.

I'm not a farm guy but I try putting some in my cities (What would cities be if they weren't fed by farms). Anyways, that's a nice countryside. The airstrip and village combo gives it a nice feel .

I dunno. I may not be playing a SC4 for a little while. Anyway, your cities turned out well in the end. I'm afraid I'll have to steal it errr... your techniques ... and maybe your city as well .
