Nogovicka Factornaja District Pre-1951, Factoraja District was the center of the modern artistic life, here artists and musicians lived and created the beauty of the 20 centuary Nogovicka. Revolutions of all kinds Red Barons Revolution This will be the first update on revolution starting from Sexual (2 parts heterosexual and homosexual), Social (Right of women) and Political, that changed the city of Al Garibat. Gubki District (Lips District) is the oldest Red Lights District in Al Garibat. First founded in 1753, by Admiral Riskovski, which wanted the Sailors of the city to have all that they needed, from food to entertaiment. So the district of Gubki was created far from the city. It was restored on a new place in 1887 as the city grew and demands for the red district grew. Gubki became the location for prostitution, but also gathered artists and mafia. The 1904 Massacre in the Applebi Bar, was made by the Antolovski Family, which controlled the district. At the killing they killed 16 people, including Mayor of the city, Gabriel Saverski. He tried to fight the mafia and close the district, but at the same made many visits to the Bars and Red Hotels. Only in 1933, was the mafia controlled and destroyed, when multiple venues wore closed and the gang leaders killed. Before the Hiigaran Confederacy and before 1914, Hiigaran many states wore under influence of different powers Russian Empire, Turkey, Austria-Hungary and Germany. But in this time the idea of unity between different people like the Mongolian Melkians and the Slavic Albions was created, but united by one Pagan religion - "Kran'et". The proud city of Nogovicka, Nogovo Oblast. Historically this city lived trow many hardships. Wars, Exodus, Destructions... but the city survived and its people grew stronger and whit every horror came new city which we can see today - Nogovicka. It survived and grew, its people getting richer and its architecture getting richer. Whit every invasion came new ideas, new life and new hope, hope for a better future. Nogovicka is capital of Nogovo Oblast, located in Albion Republic. Located near the Black Sea on a river, this city became the center of trade and the third largest city of Albion. The city population is mostly Slavic Hiigaran, but there are small communities of Petrovans, Jewish and Russians. Nogovicka Historical Area (Districts build antil 1950) is Protected by the Government as the Historical Landrmak.The city has entrance to the city although major navy and fisherman companies wore moved to Town of Gorki, located outside the city main area. The city has access to the Airports of Pizen and of Morskaja Gora, from Pizen International Airport you will get by Bullet train in 2-30 hour, from Morsakaja Gora International Airport in 60 minutes. The central Nogovickan Rail Station is the largest in South Albion. Founded by Kniaz Igor on river of Gnilka it was a fort until 12 century when trade on the river became the path from Pizen to Constantinople. The city was a fortress for a long time whit two walls protecting many parts of the city. Many comers to the city in 12 century named it a city in city. The city grew to a rich trader town. The city was invaded and burned down by the Mongolian Armies and after that was under 150 years under control from Kiev. The city gained it liberty in 14 centery. But soon it was again invaded by the Turks, only to be again freed by the Hiigaran Slavic Army. The city became the central fort again the armies from the east and west protecting Pizen and the River entrence. In the reconstruction of the city begun and the city became the second capital for the Albion Kings. In times of the republic the city became the center of knowledge, science and culture. Tango became popular, the districts of Kamenkovka build there first skyscrapers and the feeling of new was in the city. But this created also a big communist party which called for unity whit USSR. The city was hit by huge fights in 1950-1953 when the Communist invaded the city. "Oh, but we will rise again" - Mayor Petiakov, before his execution by the Soviet Army. In 1945, Communist Party of Albion gathered in Moscow and the first plan on Hiigaran Countries uniting whit USSR wore made. 1950, the Hiigaran Community is shocked whit the declaration of war from USSR. The Region was quickly taken and the Soviet Party created Soviet Albion. Until 1953 the city was under soviet command. Until 1953 after the revolt the city was rebuildm although not many came back. Pizen - Capital of Albion Republic Albion is one of the biggest 16 tribes in Hiigara, they came from Rus' fleeing from Christians and founded a trading base where right now is Vladivostok is and soon started colonising the Hiigaran Islands and created there the Albion Kingdom. In 2032 the Republic was destroyed by Ion Blast and Republic was rebuild on T1 and now is the only huge slavic state in Hiigaran Confederacy. Pizen and Kremlin. Pizen Central Districts and Pizen Modernity Pizen is called the Golden Tope City, around city there are around 25 Major Temples and 100 Small Shrines. Many Mesuems and many Histrorical Monuments, but Pizen is also a very modern city. Vozrozdenie Tower (Rebirth Tower), this tower is the tallest tower in Pizen Area. It is located in modern district of Pizen Modernity. This tower is the symbol of one of the fastest growing economies in Hiigara. Looking down you can see districts Ostozenka (Near Kremlin) and the Kremlin it self. Vozrozdenie Tower and Symbia Building, second largest building, located near Victory Park, one of the most beautifal parks in Hiigara. Victory Park. Albion Palace of Hiigaran Arts is the largest building and is the center where one of the most importened Hiigaran Arts are located. Also you can find French, Spanish, Russian, German and other paintings, statues in this Mesuem. Down below is Temple of Pizen, were the God Vart, defender of Pizen is celebrated. The smaller building is the musical hall where you can hear the best orchestra in Albion - "National Slavic Orchestra of Vart" Also you can see behind the buildings a huge dome of the Temple Sajuuk the Creator, one of the biggest temples in Hiigara. Here is located the Gay Village (Near the temple) and here you can find districts like Presidentski District, near the City Duma (Red building in a far) Ostozenka, the most expensive district in Pizen. Here you can buy the freshes fish, fruits and etc. Near it is located the Temple of Tari Goddes of Trade. TV-Radio Station of Pizen named "Rozdeni Tower" Third Largest Tower located near the sea and is surrounded by Coni Hills.
