Thats a pretty dirty city great job
-
Roughly a year and a half a ago I started a game like this, and like all things it eventually died. I left to travel and moved around and to my surpise Muck (big ups) kept it running for quite a long time after I had left. So now that I have a computer again I thought why not bring it back. Because like all things now a days all the good ideas are and have been done so I decided to make a sequal like boondocks saints or the second twilight movie (but hopefully with a little more credibility) So quick overview, All forum rules apply as well as don't post your own cities (if you have a city you think would be a good subject PM me and by all likeliness I will put it in. Objective: I will post a picture of a city and you will quess which city it is (pretty much what the title implies) First City: Hint: It had a Great Libray So have fun I will check in soon and Do da da do do...

Yes the city was Alexandria, Egypt So up next is a city that is a great place to get a hair cut (especially for Matt Helders) So off you go...

Favorite European Cities
mancoolman replied to StanislavSoltys's topic in Architecture & Urban Planning
Honestly I think the greatest city in Europe would have to be Venice. I find there is an interesting lure to Venice because it is one of the the only cities that you feel "man I have to get there before she sinks". And I thinks that makes her one of the few cities the feel like they are almost she is mortal. That defines Venice from other cities not only in Europe but in the rest of the World. And there is always the regular reasons great views, awsome history, Italian girls that only speak a little english so it more of an adventure trying to pick them up , all the buildings aren't communist grey, etc So there is my nomination. (Sorry about the metphors im out of school for the winter so i have to keep the mind sharp or suffer when I go back in May) -
Great update i perticularly like your parks they have a good blend of nature and urban pathways. They're very well done.

Your Regions and their Population
mancoolman replied to Jimmyneutron's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
My current and I think biggest is The Greater Riverdale Area with a population of 3521736 which consitist of 47 seperate cities the largest Being Riverdale which has 701552 people in it. -
My backround was is interesting my grandfather on my fathers side was chathlioc, and i say was because he lost his faith on D-day when he landed on Omaha beach in Normandy while he was in the army (the American one). On the on other side of the world, my mothers father was not religious until he was wounded in the defense of Hong Kong from the Japanese while he was in th Canadian army. Then he converted or at least became a devote christin. My fathers father was then wounded in west Germany (im not sure exactly where), was then sent to a hospital in england where he met my grandmother who was protestant, so when the moved to Toronto (which as they always said was the half way piont between Seatle and London so thats where they moved O and i know its not actually half way but then hopfully so did they). So my father was brought up protestant like my grandmother. My mother was also brought up protestant. So then I was too. So like most people when I was 15 or 16 I started to ask questions and didnt get anwsers I found fullfilling. Like the prove it question an example is lightening never hit the same place twice and then a scientist has to prove it. Where as if someone says god is real a scientist has to disprove it. And that is what confused me the most. So I then choose what convenient christain which is basically athesiest till im on my death bed, then I pray like hell and hope for the best.

And you can anwser. Example: thats New York City U.S.A. Now down to it, what city is this. Hint: the weather sucks. Good luck and have fun.

Yes that was and probably still is Sydney. I've decided on the recomendation of berubium to not give a hint right away. Instead i'll just give you the city photo and see how you guys do. If after a while no one is getting the correct response then I'll give out a hint. So here we go with number Six... Hint: Not this time buddy (thats a joke not a hint, it's hard to be sarcastic in written word) Photo's a link to... well a larger photo Good luck and God speed

Correct it was Rio. Muck- I had the same thing at my office a few months ago, I had watched a special on switzerland a looked knowledgable to my bosses when we were opening a account in Bern, so in the end I had a free trip (well work week) to Bern. But I digress, the next city as seen below. Hint: Opera Off You go
