      Added info..after browsing the manuals I found I'm using "NetworkAddonMod Controller Version RHD_2015 Dec 25-09:12:58(UTC).

      I also tried to make some road slip lanes and that is not working either.

      I finally found the missing cul-de-sac dat plugin file, loaded it in it's spot and that is working fine now.

      I tried using the NetworkAddonMod you gave me, everything runs the same with either Controller.

      I'm still at a loss as to why Flex Turn Lanes is not working.

      I posted my problem over on SC4D yesterday but haven't got any replies yet.

      I've replied over at SC4D with more details, but long story short, you have a NAM 34 controller file sitting in your Plugins folder, which is overriding the NAM 36 controller.
