    this is great, it really is what sim city 4 was missing, i have only sim city 4 without rushour or deluxe and this works for me, so its also regular simcity 4 compatible just incase any vanilla users look here and have doubts about compatibility

    hey, very good job man, finally something for sim city 4 vanilla. My comp cant handle rush hour so i have to stay on sim city 4 vanilla, keep 'em coming niagaraneagle...please make lots and lots more stuff for simcity 4 vanilla!!!
