GROWABLE BLANK LOTS

Important: These lots are tools for use with the lot editor.
I was in need of these kind of lots myself when i wanted to add props as buildings instead of "real buldings".
So, i needed blank lots with invisible (transparent) buildings. Here's a set of these wich includes
residential, commercial and industrial. Stats for the lots can easily be changed trough Sc4 tool.
