The Hauzeff Geiblesteg (Hauzeff Building) is a building situated in my fictional city of Molching Feinßed, the capital of Molching. The building, designed by Abraham Schwens, was completed in 1922 and has consistently served as the home to various law firms. This is my first SimCity 4 map I've ever uploaded. The Zephyr River Basin is an original idea of mine while i was bored at school. It has many river converging between two mountain ranges, providing a very water-based city to develop. It is 7x7 medium tiles. Sudden Valley Terrain mod and MayorBean's OceanRiverMOD were used in the screenshot.

My third BAT, I think that it looks pretty well compared to previous ones For my third work I chose the exquisite Victorian building: The Temperate House from The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. This building is about 150 years old and is on the list of World Heritage Sites. I hope that you will like the Temperate House and that it will decorate the gardens of your cities Landmark version.
