Uber Region Update

Uber Region Update Oh look at that... I mixed up the name... duh... that is because it is named "Greater Auckland" in the region folder, but my CJ is named "Auckland & Greater Region II"... Oh well you know what I mean I guess! The current tile being developed for Schulmauckland is Port Felix. Schulmauckland (my CJ in the forum)is located in the upper north west corner of Auckland & Greater Region, which comprises of 9 main large tiles. Away for Labour Weekend... We are away for the weekend but fortunately the holiday park has wireless internet... sooo civilised! Anyway, today we went to my cousins place who lives in a pretty valley with a stream running through it... it even has a ford! Well I don't recommend taking your car though it, but a tractor or 4x4 vehicle would be fine! Apparently streams and boys, mix very well. 4x4 high wheelbase vehicles only...

A couple more pics... before we return to our regular scheduled program... We had a very nice weekend away, the cabin we stayed in is on the left. Another Ford!... (actually I played on this same Ford tractor over thirty years ago... it was pretty old then... ) This is the hot spring that feeds the swimming pool at the holiday park... the water comes out of the ground at 60 deg C. The pool however is a pleasant 38 deg C.

Thieves! In February 2013 we were quite badly burgled, they pretty much cleaned out all our electronics including my faithful 2008 HP dv5 laptop, workhorse of all my Simcity regions, cities and and development over the last 4 years. Fortunately however, I had a back-up of my document folder on an external hard drive which was not stolen, despite being in a drawer that was tipped out all over the floor and rummaged through... also in the same drawer was my back-up copy of SC4... used only once to install...

I have never used the Log Town USA lots... they have been sitting patiently in my plugin folder, ever since they were released, but have never been taken out of the box. Why?
