Mighty goose: yeah, I hated doing that, but its the only way I could make it work where I needed (there were no tram in road stations when I made this).

Nofrit: Thanks a lot. As nice as it all may look, I think I get better with every city I make starting with my very first in SC4! I could probably go back and re do every one I have ever made to bring it up to snuff, then come back a month later and do it again

Thanks a lot everyone! I get excited every time I see my beutiful tiger tank on the home page,

Absolutely fantastic! You have certainly hit the spot on delievering a unique communist nation.
This CJ is real, not a fantasy world where everything is perfect and utopian.

I love your use of rail, tram-in-road and just regular trams all in one shot! It definately serves to unify the entire composition. Your use of imposing open spaces is also excellent, especially when contrasted with the constraining nature of desolate trees at the top and desolate trees at the bottom. Certainly fits with the communist theme!

My only gripe is with the streets/roundabouts within the bottom set of apartment blocks, it seems a tad bit overly complicated and busy especially with the volume of cars crashing into eachother at the intersections.

Other then that, spectacular work as always!

You've got a sick talent, making everything fit within themselves, like the old buildings and the colorless trees. Keep it up!

Krasnodar is great. I like it very much. Also, good job! Good layout of the pre-fabs: not overcrowded and not too much space left out.

Very nice. It looks like Poland or Russia in the Sovietic Era.

Where did you get that rail station?

Todd this is amazing, great job recreating the atmosphere of a soviet city. How much of the lotting did you do yourself? It appears as though a lot of the buildings were relotted by you.

I like all the cram of cars.  Adds a bit more realism I think.  Big city, industrial, maybe cheap car manufacturing going on, workers all keen to show they're bringing the country slowly into the capitalist era.  They go out and buy their gas-guzzlers, then get grid-locked on the way to the Krasnodar version of 7-11...  it's poetic in a way!

Great work.

p.s. nice mural on the side of that building (in the courtyard)!
