When you told me, I thought on doing it on a large city tile; but I've got to achieve a high growth stage to make the large tenement buildings grow; which takes a lot of time and city space to get a stage 6 or 7 in a large city; so I settled for a medium city tile. It has proved to be large enough to house all I wanted to show...

Introduction to Plainsport
I said on the previous post that you could consider this city as a Precioustown 2.0. Some new city features will ring a bell on you; I don't mean to be repetitive, I simply like them and I liked how they fit in Precioustown so I tried to include them in Plainsport as well.
Plainsport is more an industrial slum, polluted, dirty and poor. City planning is by far, the worst problem and seems that anybody was thinking that those houses besides the factories couldn't lead to anything good. Public transport is old, inefficient, and unpunctual; a testimony of better times, where the smoke hadn't swallowed the city yet.
