Along the rail tracks

k50dude: Thanks again for commenting, my friend! I've (finally!) found a working download link for the Safeco Field, I've posted it under your question comment.
naftixe: Thank you for commenting, as usual! I know LA's Long Beach because of Railroad Tycoon II; at first I was shocked about the abrupt transition between heavy industry and residential zones. Now I'm not.
paulobergonci: Thanks for commenting, I don't know if the history is nice; I explain the first situation I can imagine that is plausible...

Along the rail tracks...

Trains dropping off coal to the local power plant. Paradoxically, the facility that produces electricity and makes Plainsport live is the one that is slowly killing Plainsport with its pollution too.

Central Plainsport rail station, a busy place during the rush hours. Commuters have to go to other parts of the metropolis to have a decent job, and taking the UrbanLink is the cheapest way to do it. Besides the station, the expensive Mayor Statue is one more sign that things don't work fine here. As you can see, streetlamps and litter bins were pulled out and sold some time ago.

The other way of fast commuting is taking the Metro, which has one of its terminus stations in Plainsport. It is better not to hang out under Garden City Project Metro station at night (and even during the day) if you're not looking for some drugs...
