I like it -- both times ( there was a hiccup, the CJ has been uploaded twice:-))) Especially the residential section, nice and airy, and breaking the grid. The fair is festive! There is a bit of repetitiveness in the canal area though. What is the pretty (but somewhat unexpected) park in the industrial zone ?

Thanks, yes simtropolis, somehow adds the attachment pictures to the end; have seen often with other entries. Those neighbourhoods are R$$$ residentials so something to ask for. Repetitiveness of some growable business or gasstations is common aside there mostly maxis sets. Industrial zone park, was added to promote Hi-Tec development, it´s by SimFox called Candygarden !

I like this town. Why so many bus stops near the train station? Do you use them as fillers sometimes?
