Hello Everyone! Welcome back to our tour. Today we'll take a quick peek at Ryanson Lake, a private lake owned by Peter Ryanson who really likes to fish and Hobbiton Hills a technical transition area of the region where nothing is on the same level and we have major transit lines crossing over each other in order to transition from the lower southern city tile of Forest Fields to the in construction northern tile of Ryan's Point, the one with the really big lake in the district pic.

We'll start with the lake.

03 - The lake is only accessible by plane, here it is coming in for a ?landing?

04 - Some water spray (note I do not edit my pictures other than to crop them, water spray effect from PEG)

Now let's take a look at Hobbiton Hills where slope mods made the day, and the BTM is positioned as it is because it was the only way to get it to make the climb with the very restrictive slope mod.

Lovely lake Ryonson lake ! Experienced bush flyer required with such tiny lake. Hobbiton Hills, nice forest town with traditional one or more factory and smaller commercial activities BTM rail won't be that popular with such nice ordinary niely located rail station, a let off i thing of some politician who driven through his or her wil !Nice use of the diagonal avenue bridge. Some remark about this CJ. picture series quit dense and several duplicating, picture 14 and 15, 22 and 32, 23 and 31 are allmost identical and one or they other should be scraped, well done !

Cool entry Phil . Pete must be a bit of a hermit huh , got it made in the shade . Hey give these a try , I use them all the time to finish off the maxis parking . They are old and not the prettiest . But they give some income and a little park effect too .

Your CJ is coming along nicely . Making progress . You really got the hang of those shorelines , maybe a couple random weeds every here and there . Still 5/5 :thumb:

Great industry, railways, trees and MMP work. You did a great job with the railway station. Lastly, you make the Maxis terrain look good which is no small accomplishment!

Is the house in Lake Ryanson an MMP or a park item?

@kschmidt Thank you, yes the pilot is very experienced, not easy to make the diagonal avenue bridge, not much in that area is on the same level. Yes 14 and 15 are similar just slightly changed to show more of the area. The later ones are very similar, thought they were more different than they are, I'll keep an eye out for similar pictures next time.

@raynev1 Thank You, yeah Pete decided he liked fishing so much he wanted his own lake. He obviously must have the dollars to be such a lavish hermit lol, I live in a city so I'm super jealous. Thanks for the tip, I'll check them out

@Ln X Thank you, I think the thing that helps with the Maxis terrain is the elevation changes that kind of change how much "grass" cover there is. Keeps it from being a green washed swath of grass across everything. You lucked out I remembered exactly where I got the house. It was made by Shok and is in the beach house pack linked below. They are in the landmark menu but have no real affect or need for power or water. They are on slope friendly transparent bases so they can go anywhere, which is brilliant.

I would suggest a different rock mod (for less tiling) but aside from this it looks great!

@APSMS Thank You, where were you when I was starting the region? no.. just joking, it was a choice made for color and since I am sometimes slow about making decisions it took me a while to pick out my trees and rocks. I'm already looking ahead to the next region where I will be using HD rocks/trees etc. Hope to make other improvements as well.

@quesocat  Thanks for the comment..err...question. If you are asking about the district pic in this entry then it was taken at that size(space bar will change the size of in game camera) if you are asking about the Region pic in the first entry then you will need to find the Region Census mod/tool in the STEX should be under tools. It is an outside program that opens the info on your region including population etc and has a full region view picture without the menu that can be saved. The in game camera is unable to take a picture of the entire region.

@Dreadnought Thanks bud, you'll see a comment on your most recent soon, free time has been tight lately and I still need to finish going through it, super long this time.   SuperChief rules!  I'm using the one rivit made, but I think that means I can't have the other vester dk engines I believe you are using. I'll check on the school later on for you couldn't find it in a quick search.

@Mikey Knox  I'm using the Columbus Terrain Mod (Tree controler by andreas, all conifers from Cycledogg you'll need to find the CPT No7 and No8) sorry it was a while ago I forget if it is on the STEX or over on SC4D, those key words I gave you should help you search.

Nice mmp water work there - that dried up river bed was a cool idea and I really like how curvy your road and rail networks are.
