  • Construction date (1800 – 2100): 2000+

  • Architecture Style (if known): Futuristic

5) Suggestions for improvement:

It needs a fancier garden (and to get rid of those bright flower pots) with bushes/trees and preferably flowers. For color variations I'd keep the orange, make the red and green a little darker and more saturated and change the brown to a deep blue or white (light grey).

3) Stat Classification (you can specify one or multiple values):

  • Zone Type (RCIO): R
  • Wealth Level ($, $$, $$$): $$$
  • Density ([1 rural] – [10 megacity]): 3~9 ( i can see this either in some countryside private residence or at a prestigious location with skyscraper views.)
  • Household & Workplace Count: 1
  • Ideal lot size (with garden/parking, 1x1 – 16x8): 4x4, 4x5

4) Style Classification (you can specify one or multiple values):

  • Commonness ([1 rare, unique] – [10 widespread, large accumulations]): 3
  • Construction date (1800 – 2100): 1997~present

5) Suggestions for improvement:

I agree with a bigger garden, preferably with hedges or something 'blocky' to match the style. The  wooden slats would look better with more darker brownish tone rather than orangey color. Perhaps a small garden light at the poolside as well.
