A little bit of garden would be good, maybe have it a bit further in on the lot. I'd love a deeper version of it as well (1x2). This size seems a bit unrealistic to me. :P

We do have lots of small wooden vacation homes in Denmark, but this one doesn't fit the style. They have low gable roofs and concrete foundations (and the few wooden foundations look different from this one) :)  We could still take inspiration from that type of house though - then it should have a lush/overgrown garden, maybe a patio and grill. Even though they aren't approved for all year living, it's not uncommon that people live there all year (They are very cheap to buy, but cold in the winter).

Jeah they look different, but whenever I see wooden houses, Denmark is the first thing that comes in my mind  too many good memories . Actually I think I've been to a holiday house with wooden foundation^^.  I guess with replacing the wooden texture with white paint and coloring the wooden panels to a dark greyish/blue one could get pretty close to some houses I´ve seen so far.

I would probably give this one a plot between 2x2 and 2x8.

Land in low-density areas is cheap.

5) Suggestions for improvement:

Building itself looks pretty good already, the only thing would be adding some props/trees. Is there a pipe chimney in the default props? could replace the dish with that instead. Adding  some med size pine tress on either corners could spruce up the yard.
