Picturesque waterfront trails and amenities there(are those mostly paengs lots?) and I like the narrative of there not being many links between the two sides of the city. I see your using a nice new sidewalk mod, was that a custom made mod or did you find it hidden in that stash of yours?

As metioned nice mix of Paenge parks ! City, supose have a well subway network; traffic will need a lot of room with those highrises, bridges only needed if there´s a real desire for; tunnel or transit might be a other option. Seawall very well excecuted, nice bat, well done !

Thanks, Paeng's Parks, and Paeng's 1x1 that replace some of the NAM pedmalls, of course ; and yes, Stash : also Paeng's Bikepaths for the grey paths:-) (not a new sidewalk mod) ; combined with PAMU (also Paeng-Murimk stuff) they're number one !:-)

Thanks. The seawalls are JS Seawalls (JayStimson), one of the most complete (curves ! curves !) and most pleasant-looking set of those (for me at least)

Subway.... well, no (remember : this is a test-city that got away from me). I was ready to install it,  and also install some more bridges, demolishing left and right in the process when, checking the transit map and getting ready for a whole red city,  I realized that it was all green and -- again -- almost everybody (all 200 k of them) was walking and the dense bus network was almost not used, so I got lazy : OK, then, I thought to myself, no subway and no additional bridges either !:-) I don't even know why people walked so much in my cities. I suppose that's something that won't happen very often with the new NAM ? (It was NAM 30, at the time... )

Thank you, Highly educated sims, high wealth offices do blend very lovely if put close together, obviously there need to be sd much green space around as posible and as few traffic related structures as posible, Same would apply for Low and Medium wealth but with more water and air polution around industries and low comercial medium cormercial all get´s a little  bit more stretched out, with so many cities like, it´s the only exception where short distances only require walking, biking or take a short bus ride.

Thanks, guys. And, Larry, I didn't use all the park tricks in the bag, far from it:-))) Those parks by Paeng allow for amazingly complex set-ups.

Indeed, the bike paths are really nice !! I like the small river !!

I want to ask, in the first picture I can see four buildings that I'm trying to find. I'm talking about those four diagonal commie blocks in the top of your first picture.

Can you help me with them ?

sure : they're NDEX-Glenni Nokkebekken Condominiums, Grow & Plop, with or without garages, several sizes --and no dependencies ! very enjoyable...:-)
