Whoa first of all well done on the improvements, what a huge difference. I really don't know what to suggest here, it's almost perfect. Perhaps change the concrete floor to something tiled like for a more $$$ look.

You might think that seems upper class but 2 families on a 4x4 lot should be middle class, stage 4.

Therefore, 2 middle class families with default looks (maybe darken roof without desaturating) or 1 wealthy family on a 5x4 - 5x8 (needs to be oriented in front-left corner and the driveway to extend all the way to the street) lot with your color variations, authentic terra cotta colored roof, more trees in front and back yards, no trees (besides cyprus/cedar hedge on far right) in side yard, and a fountain in the front yard and pool in back if lot is 6-8 tiles deep.
