Hello Everyone! Thank you for the comments on my previous entry! I hope all are well...

For this entry I reached back into the archives of a work I began but never (and likely won't) finish. Though it won't ever see completion, I wanted to share with the community what I had done. It was a Riviera-esque inspired theme and contained a fair amount of lot editing.

Here it is:

                 ORIGINALLY ENVISIONED BOARDWALK/HARBOR GREENWAY...

PLUS! As a Special thank you for those that helped this journal reach 8000 views; a teaser shot from the entertainment district of Capistrano! Oh, there's much more and hopefully it reaches 10,000!!!

That's all for now, I am slowly winding down my SC4 activity, but hopefully can bring to completion my last project outside Capi..we'll see...

Til next time...Take care!

Damn those mansions look impressive, good work with the landscaping around them.

Sorry to hear your winding down your SC4 activity, but (sad)truth be told it will happen to nearly all of us sooner or later. I've also given myself a bit of a self imposed deadline, though I won't reach it until the end of this year.

I think a lost work in progress will always have a melancholy feel, looks like it was going to be spectacular

Winding down your SC4 activity? Hope you stick with it.

Yeah, I've been able to explore and learn a lot since I started. Course I'll haunt Simtrop but the journey has been amazing. Without the content creators it wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable. I likely did burn myself up a bit with all the lot editing I did. I've got one more lengthy project that I will finish in time. Thanks friend!

Right! LOL! No doubt there are some swanky parties going on in those houses! Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for the compliment! I couldn't have done it without the base work done by their original creators. I wish you the best in your remaining journey whatever form it may take here.

Grateful for the compliment Raynev1. I'm hoping to reach 10k; there is a lot more left to see in Capistrano...

Nice riviera waterfront estate park ! Winding down, I would do sometime, still a lot to explore; american, european, asian sets and individual cities, some special world scapes. Desire to play CSKL or Cities XL builder, yet some different game like Anno or Tropico serie´s; learning new games is a big hazard, patience isn´t that great anymore. SC4 it will be for now, maybe SC2013 searching, installing, playing do take it´s toll, every region needs it´s own bat´s, textures, mod ext exhausting a lott but also some fun !

That last shot is awesome!!  Great lot editing on the Riviera.  You may take a break, but you'll be back lol, there's still more creative things you can do with Capistrano.  I look forward to your return
