And someone suggested SC2013 took city building to the next level....

 

Aside from the cloud effect which in some of the various pictures is obviously the same overlay throughout (and visually distracting compared to perhaps an airbrush layer with radial blur (my only criticism, I might add), These pictures are on a level that makes 14 entries an overwhelmingly large number. I still am befuddled as to how people do MMPs on the network textures (since SC4 networks don't allow props), but the scenes like the Tour de France and the beach scenes are ridiculous in their realism level.

 

Please keep this up. I'd hate to have such excellent work (CJ) like this come to an end for lack of time.

Your eye for detail is something that just can't be matched. I've attempted and never been successful :P Your passion for SC4 is admirable and your lotting skills are simply inspirational. Great job, still looking around your CIty Journal for inspiration right now :D
