Business Bay is a central business district under construction in the Emirate of Dhahran. Business Bay is set between Sheikh Al Maktoum Road and the extended Dhahran creek. Thanks to the vision of Sheikh Maktoum and the marvels of modern engineering, it is now possible to have waterfront views in the middle of the desert! Business Bay is expected to be completed by 2020 and to become the financial hub of the Middle East.

Very nice work. I'd hold back on the lens flare though; it is a total nitpick but lens flares look cheesy 98% of the time.

I like the uses of modern architecture and the diversity of the buildings, but the gaps of desert between the skyscrapers are... uh...

There are still more buildings to rise from the desert floor. Business Bay will not be finished until 2020. Unfortunately the credit crisis that has hit Dhahran has slowed down construction on many projects.

I made those plazas myself using the Lot Editor.

MilitantRadical: Yeah, lens flares can look bad some times.
Fox: I guess I could release them, although I am not sure on what dependencies they have.
