Don't forget that if you only need the filler LOTs, you'll need WMP props, ITS props and Namspopof props.
Now you just have to wait for Youcef Models, and Namspopof prop pack 3 for the tower.

First the water looks outstanding  which would be great since that water is in inside.  The pictures are great.  Very nice introduction. can't wait to see more.
