Update 6: Oakville & Rockaway Beach

Today we will be looking at the cities of Oakville and Rockaway Beach. Oakville is the second largest city in the AMA (Auburn Metropolitan Area! with a population of 42,000 people. Rockaway Beach is a trendy beach town 35 minutes away from Downtown Auburn. Rockaway Beach is popular with tourists! Welcome to Oakville!

the region has developed nicely. Rockway Point and the industrial area are sweet. And like the newspaper.. not too much the collapse of world markets, but at least its not us. :P

Love this update. And that region view is amazing. The region view is amazing and I like the way the farms are directly behind the city, it looks neat. I love your downtowns. The newspaper is interesting by the way. :thumb:

Glad to see another update for Auburn! This CJ is definitely one of my favorites. Rockaway Beach is like a larger version of Coronado Island - A perfect seaside, high-wealth community. I'll take a home on the waterfront. (As if I could afford it!) :P

theres only 42 000 in the city? not that much but still a great looking region! is this supposed to look like the real oakville? or is it just a name?
