Actually, fredval has his first three pictures oversized, 800X641, 800X899 and 800X609 respectively. I'd resize it quickly if I were you, the mods are very strict on the size of pictures. They don't even accept a 800X601 picture .

Monkey's Uncle: I really how well you scuplter those hillside houses, though the walls on it look awkward, it might just be simpler with plain blank lots.

I thought I'd show you some pics from the region I am currently developing. It is quite rural ...
I am thinking of myking a CJ out of it but yet I don't think I have enough material for a regular update scheme ... and then: what are you thinking - am I good enough????

Nardo69, I personally prefer the rural setting and I build almost exclusively like this.  I must say that yes, this is definately CJ material.  If you are using the BSC Farming EP, and it looks like I see perhaps 1 or 2 of their farms, you might want to download the mod that keeps the Maxis farms from growing.  I also like the look of your dirt trails there, nice touch.  Another tip you might want to try is a mod for doing away with the palm trees.  I didn't catch on to that one until I was about 10 pages into my CJ.  Anyway, it looks great, and I would definately follow a CJ based on these pics.

Hey, a couple of farm pics that actually look half-decent . No offence meant nardo69, but the vast majority of farm pics are quite...underdeveloped. . Yours are amazing!!

Like dhoppeii said, it's CJ material. Hope to see more rural pics posted.

This is my best downtown ever. It is the San Francisco region and it is made without any cheats. I even keep the tax rate on the same level for $ commerical and $ res. It is obviously not very realistic with higher tax for poor people.
