The picture of the fishing village and the picture of the open recreational square below it are just amazing shots. They invoke this sense of tranquility and peace; small village concerns. 18.gif

Amazing work!! 44.gif

No problem jacquilina, I merely voice what I thought of your pictures 48.gif.

Also, was there meant to be a picture in your previous post??It looks as though it's been deleted, whether accidentally or...38.gif

Btw, is your CJ up and running yet??

I noticed that too - I'm pretty sure they are from the Rising Sun Oil project - I think the system overwrote your images because they have the same naming convention (1.jpg, 2.jpg...). You could edit your post and use different file names 1.gif

A long time without posting here. There are really great creations here 25.gif !!!

One pic

I hope you like it !!!

BT, jacqulina, that weird thing with the pics can happen when someone uploaded a picture with the same name as yours, after yours. It seems the pics database in the site does only allow one pic with the same name. It also happened to me in SCR. You can edit your post and re-upload the pic to solve this, but I would recomend you to change the name of the pics to something unique. Maybe something like Jac110605_and the picture name.jpg or whatever you prefer, This way you can be sure that it wont happen again.
Of course, the pics must be maximum 800*600 pixels, if not it is deleted, but you should see a message from the moderator instead other pics.
I hope it helps

For those of you who know me, you won't be surprised by this pic.  I received alot of nice comments regarding this pic and thought I would go in-game and snap another pic of the area.  It is one of my favorite pics so far.

Great shots there madawac!! 44.gif

As aleking said, it's not something I would do myself (takes up too much room 3.gif), but it still looks amazing!! All that open space is such a contrast to some of my cities.

Hehe, I know the square and the park are crazy, just like me(5.gif), but there also is a huge contrast in the city, look at Delta Downtown18.gif

Full of skyscrapers, so the park and the square are good contrast against downtown2.gif

Did I say they were nice shots madawac?? 18.gif

Wonderful!! Makes a refreshing change from all that squandered open space 3.gif. No, only playing. I know I should incorporate more open and green spaces into my cities, but I'm trying.

You should see my old cities, chock full of skyscrapers 3.gif.

I guess many of you have probably created something like this before, but I never knew Peg's Pond Kit could do such things. Just thought I would show off some of Peg's wonderful creations in use.

Hope you like!!

OK, here's my first ever city post so I hope i've linked pictures crrectly etc.: hot from Gotham, (pop 400,000 and growing) the first is... The Quays, nice dwellings overlooking the canal...<ahttp://img39.echo.cx/img39/408/thequays19ox.jpg align=baseline>
Next, Arleigh, housing on a large scale just East of the city centre...
<ahttp://img39.echo.cx/img39/854/arleigh16dh.jpg align=baseline>

The Kingston bypass, bringing in commuters from the SouthWest of the city right into the business district...<ahttp://img39.echo.cx/img39/8562/kingstonbypass1yf.jpg align=baseline>

Part of the business district, city centre...
<ahttp://img192.echo.cx/img192/3770/dt24cr.jpg align=baseline>

And finally, Chigley....for many years this area, to the extreme East of the city, was neglected - crime and unemployment were high. Nowadays, the city council has poured money in and the area is seeing improvments, including a new subway station. Local estate agents are seen marketing this as up and coming

Great looking city, definately dense.
As for that pond, how did you get the bridge over PEG's lots?  Is it transit enabled or just a lot that extends to the edge?

Anyways, here's a few of my own parks, all from different cities:
