I'm quite impressed with your roads, they look so natural the way they twist and turn. But I couldn't help noticing that the painted lines on your roads are dotted on straight sections and solid in the turns, kinda like real roads.

That's a texture mod, I take it? (it doesn't look photoshopped to me, but I don't know)

NAM compatible?

If so, let me know where it's available, if you don't mind. I'd love to put that in my game.

Yes it's a small texture mod made by Teirusu. He posted it in the NAM cosmetic thread . Here is  the link the his post  where the mod is attached and here is the direct download link .

I love this mod, it's very simple but it does make a difference. But the dash roads only appear in low-density and unzoned areas. It's still the default double solid lanes roads in higher density zones.



And BTW, metasmurf, you have a very nice farming area, I'm gonna give a look at your CJ

My greatest accomplishment thus far is my CJ, Newtopia Valley .  here are a few pics.  I hope that a hand terraformed region will also count as an accomplishment:

 

This is the state of the region right now, just a farming community and a quickly growing industrial center:

here is a pic from Pickled Pig Pastures.  it is the largest city in the region with a population of about 130k and filled completely with R$.  its purpose is to house all the new industrial workers moving into the region:

Well... I haven't posted here for awhile... I haven't been around for awhile either. But I got a few pics to post here I think...

Firsty, BadSim, you have some nice pictures there... I love the San Fransico City Hall picture... very beautiful gardens in front of it. The power plant lot is very creative, looks stunning. I would love to have something that looks so realistic in my Cities.
