Actually I did know that Minsk was the capital of Belarus and that was the imperial Eagle of Germany (but not Poland) and I did wonder why they were on there together. But its from Pea*****s so its not exactlly high end of the market.

I was trying to find a picture of the german eagle but most of them have Swastikas in them. You might be right it does look more like the Polish one
