Good morning - well, it's only a few minutes after mid-night - but I thought I would let you see the finishing touches of the Wawa pump and canopy that I've rendered earlier  Thursday evening.

Well, I finished rendering the ploppable version of Wawa Gas & Market Station.  This is a 7x6 lot with 10 jobs.  There will be a growable megalot 7x6 as well.  Here are a few screen shots within the game.

I will be uploading Wawa sometime tonight.  There will be 2 files - a ploppable 7x6 and of course the megalot.  There will be 10 openings for both lots.

First before I show you the combined project of El Fenix Restaurant that daddyo117272 and myself are doing, I would like to personally Thank those that downloaded my projects and took some time to give them a rating.  Thank you!

Now the El Fenix Restaurant project - daddyo117272 asked me if I would be kind enough to help him with a restaurant that is basically located in Texas, 15 of them in the Dallas local - El Fenix Restaurant. 

Serving TexMex food since 1918 by Miguel Martinez, and is one of the oldest chain of family-owned TexMex restaurants in the United States.  Here is what has been done.

Since this is a combined effort - daddyo117272 will be uploading the ploppable version on the BEX and I'll be uploading the growable version on the LEX after I've completed making the lot.  Ciao.

After lookin' at the yellow/white stripe awanings ... I decided to make them red/white - I also darkened the white brick walls alittle more.  The wood pillars in front, changed the texture as well.  Here's another shot:

I really like what we've done with it, but please use the new texture that I've sent you.  I made the sign, awnings, roof and floor, and Bobbo662 did the rest, so it really is a 50/50 BAt between us both.  i also did the sign alongside the road.

Actually finishing up on the BJ's Wholesales Club and playing The Sims2 Open For Business & CivIV on line, and building a 3rd bathroom in our home - that's about it.

the installer for your BJ's installs the file into the owner\my documents\simcity4\plugins directory.  i know that im not the only person who does not use the owner profile, so unless one actually finds the file and moves it, it will not show up ingame.  its not a huge deal, but there are definately some people on this site who will download the file and get all bent out of shape cuz it doesnt show up in their menus or ingame at all.

like i said...not a huge deal, just given you the heads up

To Everyone:  I use an Installer program with my uploads - if anyone is having problems, please address the problem here, let me know if it's causing you problems, and I'll do my part in help you solve the problem.  Thanks again for downloading my BATs.

Well I guess I should checked here first instead of the download page. But anyway, I'm having the same problem with ten1902. I put My Documents folder on my second HD, and when the auto installer does it jobs it ends up creating a series of folder and sub folders instead of installing itself on the correct My Documents folder.

Also, having a shortcut to uninstall the files on the Start Menu is a nice touch, but I also like the option not to have the shortcut created.

Anyway, it's no biggie (I'm nitpicking, I know ). I love your BATs and I'll be anticipating your next work.

Another great lot by you, can't wait to download it when I finish moving to Florida. I have a few ideas for BATs for you, but you DO NOT have to make any of  them, they are just stores I have not seen on the STEX.

Bobbo - I have a question for you concerning the Desc and Model files in your lots.  Do you need to keep both files for the growable and ploppable versions?  Example: In both versions of Sams Club you have the following apparently identical files.
