Base texture dependencies missing

Here we have missing textures. Something similar happens with Maxis Renewal mods. I think I have all dependencies

Hey, looks like you're using the IRM, but there's clearly a texture missing. Double check you actually have all of these, and make sure they're the correct version. There's been issues in the past from people using an older version of the Rail Yard and Spur Textures pack especially. From the description:
