Highway Light Towers

In all the time I've played Ive never gotten into highway lighting. 

I tried this Mod:

And im not finding any of the plot lots after installing.  So then starts the endless mental struggle of wondering if I installed it wrong or am i just not seeing them.

Im specifically looking for the mod used here, the towers he used to light up the cloverleafs.

Can anyone shed some light? <PUN!>

...Also,  doormysh@youtube.com who made the video has made it so that you cannot send him messages on youtube.  Does anyone know him? Is he on Simtropolis?

He likes his privacy I guess and I want to respect that but at the same time I want to ask him questions.

I think the ones in that video are actually from another, newer set:

Mandelsoft made many sets for the LRM v5, so you can also choose to use another one:

FYI for anyone who stumbles upon this, the ploppables are in the parks menu.
